We setup a data synchronisation system to suit your workflow, with the 3rd backup copy held encrypted on our dedicated secure server. Among the benefits to this method of backing up are:

• You pay a monthly fee per TB of data rather than investing in your own hardware;

• We maintain all the hardware and monitor the system to ensure it is running optimally;

• You choose what data is synchronised. It could be just your project files, your sample libraries, a single project, or your entire system;

• In the event that you need access to the data we hold, due to a hardware failure in your system, we would manage the retrieval of your data and restoration to your system;

• In order to minimise downtime, we commit to deliver up to 2TB of critical data (current working project, for example) within 24 hours of you notifying us of the hardware failure;

• Our services in delivering and reinstating the data are included;

• All the data will be encrypted such that, in the event of a security breach, all your data would be unrecoverable.
